21st Annual Jugglefest Kicks Off

World Class jugglers are set to arrive in Austin for the 21st Annual Jugglefest. The action packed event kicks off Friday, February 21st at 5:00 pm at the Texas School for the Deaf and will continue through Sunday.

Workshops and shows are open to the public and all ages. Jim Maxwell, University Advisor for Texas Juggling Society, says there are two shows for the public to view. The Renegade Show Friday at 10:30 pm at the North Door, located at 502 Brushy Street. It's free to attend and open to local performers with signup. He recommends children do not attend. Then there's the family friendly Jugglefest on Saturday at 7:30 pm at the Texas School for the Deaf, located at 1102 South Congress Ave. Tickets are $10. Children 5 and under get in for free.

A 3 day wristband, which includes workshops, gym access and Jugglefest's public show on Saturday costs $20. A 1-day pass to the gym costs $10. All ages are welcome.
