Dinosaurs Take Over Austin this Week

A very realistic dinosaur show is taking the world by storm. The entertaining and educational program, Erth’s Dinosaur Zoo Live, began its journey in Australia and has made its way to the Long Center in Austin.

The star of the show is a life-like Tyrannosaurus Rex, which happily rocked and roared the KEYE TV newsroom this morning.  There are 16 dinosaur puppets and many other mammal and insect puppets, run by master puppeteers. Paleontologist and show host, Aimee Lousianne, says it’s not only entertaining, but also educational for kids and adults. The audience can also get interactive with the million-year old creatures on an authentic flora and fauna set.
