Fun Free Things To Do Across Central Texas

If you're looking for some free things to do this Thursday KEYE TV Morning News has you covered.

The Blanton Museum of Art is free today.

The current exhibition is called In The Company of Cats and Dogs. It runs through September 21st.

Thursday from 10:00 to 5:00 p.m. you can bring the whole family for free.

Also today, Filmmaker Nancy Schiesari discusses her forthcoming documentary Canine Soldiers and shows excerpts from the film, which depicts the lives of dogs used in combat zones.

It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s a Super Duper Celebration!

Today Whataburger is celebrating the superhero spirit in all of us with an evening of family fun from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Whataburger located at 6106 Cameron Road in Austin.
Customers can spend quality time with their little heroes and treat them to a superhero-themed celebration of food, games and giveaways. To add to the fun, a balloon artist and face painter will also be at the event. Children 12 and under dressed in a superhero costume will receive a free kid’s meal.
