High Tech Headlines: NYC Plans High Tech Haven, Cyber Attack on Israel and Forecast Foretells Your Movements

Looks like the Big Apple wants to take a bite out of Austin.  New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg says his city is working with Cornell University on a plan to build a high-tech research complex on Roosevelt Island just outside Manhattan.  Their goal is to create an applied-sciences university where engineers are trained as entrepreneurs.

A powerful spyware virus is attacking Iran plundering its computers for information.  Comments by Israel's vice premier are fueling speculation that the Flame spyware might have come from Israel, which sees Iran's nuclear program as a deadly threat.  Moshe Yaalon tells Army Radio that Israel is blessed with high technology and tools that open all sorts of opportunities.
