Nightmare On Jail Hill, A Benefit For Brown Santa

Updated: Friday, October 18 2013, 10:00 AM CDT

Looking for a scare to get in the Halloween spirit? Head on over to Nightmare on Jail Hill at the Old Williamson Courthouse October 18-19 and 25-26. The building dates back to the 1800's and has been called haunted. Ghost Hunters filmed a TV segment there and swears they caught a ghost walking past one of their cameras. Next week another paranormal group will be running tests too.

On top of being supposedly haunted, volunteers have decked the building out with gore galore making this haunted house truly frightening.

All proceeds raised will benefit Brown Santa. Brown Santa is a service program through the Williamson County Sheriff's Office that collects funds and toys to give to kids whose parents wouldn't typically be able to provide them with Christmas presents.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children and kids under the age of 8 are not allowed inside because it's that scary. Nightmare on Jail Hill is located at 4th and Austin Avenue in Georgetown.
