Guilty Of Super Aggravated Sexual Assault

Updated: Wednesday, July 16 2014, 06:58 AM CDT

After nearly 12 hours of deliberations a jury found Greg Kelley guilty of two counts of super aggravated sexual assault.

Late Tuesday night they found him not guilty on one count of indecency with a child.

Kelley is a former Leander High School football player.

The charges stem from when Kelley was living at an in-home daycare in Cedar Park. Kelley's attorney maintains the parents of the alleged victims created false allegations of sexual abuse that were carried out by the children.  Prosecutors disagreed.

Wednesday morning a judge will decide his sentencing which is a minimum of 25 years behind bars with no possibility of parole.
