Police searching for South Austin gas station robbery suspects

Police are asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects from a South Austin gas station robbery last month.

It happened Tuesday, Dec. 13, at approximately 1:30 a.m. at the Q Mart located at the intersection of East Stassney Lane and South Congress Avenue.

Investigators say the suspects robbed the business at gunpoint and fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. No injuries were reported.

Suspect #1 is described as:

  • Hispanic female
  • Approx. 25-30 years of age
  • Approx. 5’6”
  • Last seen wearing a grey sweater and jeans

Suspect #2 is described as:

  • Hispanic male
  • Approx. 25-30 years of age
  • Approx. 5’6”
  • Mustache & thin beard
  • Last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and jeans

Vehicle description:

  • Chrysler 300
  • Blue/Green 4-door
  • Aftermarket wheels
  • Paper tags with no front license plate or registration sticker
