You may have to switch your breakfast this morning as the cereal factory Kellogs announced Monday they will be voluntarily recalling about 10,000 cases of Whole Wheat Waffles after they believe the product could be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

The bacteria is likely to cause serious infection and weaken immune systems.

The company has not yet received reports of illness but is recalling the product to ensure the health and safety of all its customers.

The recalled waffles are available in 10-count packs with "best if used by" dates of November 21, 2017, and November 22, 2017.

The recall covers 25 states.
