Texas Starts 2013 Fall Camp

Updated: Thursday, August 15 2013, 12:14 PM CDT

The Texas football team opened fall practice Monday, spending most of their two and a half hour workout inside the bubble.  UT allowed the media only access to the practice.

Trying to keep up with the up-tempo offenses in college football is a challenge, but one the Longhorns are making their priority.  Major Applewhite is really going to push the pace this year, hoping for upwards of 80 plus plays per game.  It's the biggest step the offense is trying to take heading into 2013.

The Horns open the 2013 season against New Mexico State August 31st
