Newborn Found Dead In Killeen Walmart Restroom
(AP) -- Police are investigating after an employee at a Central Texas Walmart store found a newborn dead in a store women's restroom.
Bell County Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke pronounced the child dead at 2:30 p.m. Friday. The Killeen Daily Herald reports the body was found by a store employee just before 2 p.m.
No information was available on the child or any potential suspects. A message left for a police spokeswoman by The Associated Press was not returned.
