Warm Weather Welcomes Chuy's Children Giving To Children Parade


The Chuy's Children Giving to Children Parade rolled down Congress Avenue Saturday.

One of the biggest crowds in recent memory saw inflatable balloons, holiday floats, marching bands and children donating thousands of toys for the Austin Police Department's Operation Blue Santa program.  It provides more than 3,000 families a holiday meal and wrapped Christmas gifts for each child under age 14.

If you didn't make it to the parade, drop off a new, unwrapped toy at more than 100 locations. Here's a list of recommended toys.
