Case Closed Against Longhorns McCoy, Hicks
No charges will be filed against University of Texas quarterback Case McCoy or junior linebacker Jordan Hicks.
The two became the center of a sexual assault investigation before the Alamo Bowl.
WOAI reports officials with the San Antonio District Attorney's Office say the San Antonio Police Department will not file a criminal case and that they are closing the investigation.
Hicks and McCoy were suspended from the team, and sent home from the bowl game for violating team rules, but both have been reinstated.
