Motorcycle Rider Dead After North Austin Accident
The Austin Police Department is investigating a fatal accident in North Austin.
Austin Police Watch Commander said the accident happen at around 5 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Parmer Lane and Lamplight Village in North Austin.
Police say the motorcycle hit a fixed object and the driver, identified as 41-year-old John Paul Lee, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
This is the sixth traffic fatal of the year and the accident is remains under investigation.
