Woman Arrested In North Austin Stabbing Death
An Austin woman is charged with killing a teenager in a North Austin apartment.
The crime happened Friday at the Runnymede Apartments on Rutland Drive, just north of Rundberg Lane and west of Lamar Boulevard.
Police say they found Tyesh Taylor, 18, stabbed in an apartment. She died at a local hospital.
Kennet Haywood, 21, is under arrest and charged with first degree murder.
Police have not released additional information about the incident.
