Rollover Accident Leaves Teen Dead In Dripping Springs


A teenager is dead after a rollover crash Thursday afternoon near Dripping Springs.

It happened at around 2:13 p.m. in the 2600 block of Fitzhugh Road, just east of the Bell Springs Road intersection.

The Texas Department of Public Safety says six teens were in the vehicle when it crashed. One of them died.

The victim has been identified as 16-year-old Lindsey Neal, a Dripping Springs High School student.

The other teens, three more Dripping Springs High School students and two Lake Travis High School students, were transported to University Medical Center Brackenridge. Their condition is unknown.

Further details of the crash are unavailable until Friday, according to DPS.
