Austin Police Searching For Aggravated Robbery Suspect


Austin police say they need the public's help to find a man wanted for multiple aggravated robberies.

Investigators say 22-year-old Daniel Lee Gomez is wanted for three robberies in which he displayed a weapon. They happened on Jan. 24,25 and 28 in the early morning and late evening hours.

He also has outstanding warrants for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, aggravated kidnapping and a parole violation warrant that's unrelated to the two previous charges.

Gomez is considered to be armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about this suspect and his location is asked to call the APD Robbery TIP line at 512-974-5092 or Crime Stoppers at 512-472-TIPS.
