Big Rig Crashes On I-35 In Round Rock; Driver Critical
Round Rock Police are investigating an 18-wheeler that crashed Monday night on I-35, leaving the driver in critical condition.
The northbound lanes of I-35 were shut down at around 6:15 p.m. following the accident that occurred at Louis Henna Blvd. and Texas 45 Toll Road.
Round Rock Police Department officials say an 18-wheeler struck a partition that connects TX 45 to I-35. No other vehicles were involved.
The driver of the tanker was ejected in the crash and is in critical condition.
I-35 was reopened by 8:15 p.m.
