SUV Bounces Off House's Roof; Lands Upside Down In Another Roof

A bad crash sent a SUV in Houston flying into the roof of a home Sunday, and the lucky driver lived to tell about.

Authorities say the driver could have been going between 85 and 90 miles an hour when he left the road, travelled up an embankment, which launched him into the air, crashing into the first house and landing upside down on the second.

Firefighters had to pull him out of the SUV but amazingly the driver was not hurt.

Although people were inside both homes when it crashed, no one inside suffered any injuries.

As for getting the car off the house, that took a big crane and some nifty maneuvering. It took more than 10 hours to get the SUV back on the ground.

The driver has not been charged with a crime but investigators will be looking into whether alcohol was a factor.
