Round Rock PD Officer Shoots Own Foot
A Round Rock police officer shot himself in the foot Wednesday afternoon.
According to Round Rock police spokesperson Dee Carver, it happened at around 1:45 p.m. at an outside firing range during weapons training.
The officer, an 18-year veteran, was treated at a Round Rock hospital and released the same day.
Carver says the incident is still under investigation.
