Convicted Child Sex Offender Arrested in Austin For Parole Violation
The Texas Attorney General’s Fugitive Unit has arrested a registered sex offender residing in Hays County for violating conditions of her parole.
Lesley N. Pehrigo, 38, was previously convicted of Indecency with a Child and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
According to Fugitive Unit investigators, Pehrigo violated the terms of her parole by having contact with the victim. As a result, a corresponding parole violation warrant was issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice on March 7.
The Fugitive Unit arrested Pehrigo on March 8, and she was booked into the Travis County jail.
