1 Dead 3 Critical After 2 Motorcycles Collided With A Car
The Austin Police Department is investigating a car and two motorcycles that crashed in west Austin.
Police say the accident happened in the 9400 block of FM 2222 near RR 620 Sunday afternoon around 2:20 p.m.
APD Watch Command said two motorcycles were involved. One person died and three others involved are in critical condition at University Medical Center Brackenridge.
According to police, one of the motorcycles caught on fire after the accident. The fire was quickly extinguished by Austin Fire Department.
The accident shut down FM 2222 for hours as investigators worked.
