Bank Robbed In Northwest Austin
A Chase bank was robbed in Northwest Austin Friday afternoon.
It happened at around 12:30 p.m. in the 9700 block of Great Hills Trail, just west of Jollyville Road.
Police say a man entered the bank, displayed a weapon and demanded money. He then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.
He is described as a white man in his late 30s, approximately 6-feet-tall with a thin build.
He was last seen wearing a dark colored, long sleeved shirt, blue jeans, and cowboy hat (possibly straw).
